How much do your services cost?+
Every engagement is personalised. After our discovery call I'll propose a tailored structure — some services are hourly, others are fixed-fee packages. The discovery call itself is always free.
Do you work with families relocating from outside Europe?+
Yes. Non-EU nationals have additional permit requirements and I'm experienced navigating these, including Lex Koller for property purchases. Please mention this in your message.
I'm just starting to research — is it too early to reach out?+
Not at all. The earlier in the process, the better. Many of the best properties and permits require significant lead time. A conversation now can save months later.
Do you only work in Val des Bagnes?+
My deepest roots are in Val des Bagnes, but my network extends across the French-speaking Valais — Martigny, Sion, Sierre, Crans-Montana and beyond. Ask me about your specific area.
Can you help with property purchase as well as rental?+
Yes. I work with trusted notaries and estate agents for both. Off-market purchase opportunities come through my personal network — these are often the best properties.
Do you speak Dutch? I'd feel more comfortable in my language.+
Absolutely. My mother is Dutch and I grew up speaking it as a first language. Dutch-speaking families are a particular focus of my work. Write to me in Dutch — ik antwoord in het Nederlands.
